Hey girl, I’m glad you found me, and as you can see I’m excited as hell to see you!
Chile, so I’m supposed to talk about myself on this page…..here goes:
I believe in universal energy and that we are Goddesses with the power to create whatever we want.
I do not practice or believe in any form of religion, or Eurocentric doctrine that was used to enslave and murder my ancestors or any other brown people on this planet.
I’m a wife of almost 20 years to the most supportive husband and father with whom I have had the pleasure of maturing and growing up in this crazy, wild-ass journey. Norman inspires me every day to be a better human to myself.
We’ve been a homeschooling family since….forever.
I believe that the American school system is not a place for our little black boys and girls to grow, be authentic, and stay mentally healthy and confident.
I believe you are supposed to be enjoying life not working like a slave to make everyone else happy or make ends meet.
I believe you can delete anyone out of your life that is of no good, including your own damn family. Sometimes it’s your own blood that destroys your future.

The universe will only treat you as well as you treat yourself. You set the standard for how others treat you. The most important thing you can do for the people you love is to take care of yourself first.

i am not the coach for you
- I can be direct and blunt. I'm a realist and believe in delivering the information so that your brain gets it and you feel it. So if you are more comfortable with a beat-around-the-bush style of teaching and coaching, this ain't that.
- Curse words make every conversation more colorful, fun, and sometimes serious. So if you're not comfortable with curse words, this ain't it.
- I do not condone, promote or believe in a male, religious Eurocentric lifestyle. Hell, that's why I'm here to dismantle it. So if that's what you're looking for, this ain't that.
- Women are born community leaders & builders, it is our job to ensure our financial, emotional, & spiritual well-being comes first. Every. Single. Day. So if you're in a relationship where you are led by someone else's decisions, this ain't it.
- I am a video coach. I want to see your beautiful face, and eyes, and connect with you on a deeper level. If you refuse to be on video ever then, this ain't that.
- I do not believe in or practice any form of organized religion. If you're looking for that, this ain't it.
- I believe that we can learn from open-minded people. So from time to time, I'll be sharing my space with non-Black and non-women who have loving and sound knowledge to share. So if you're closed-minded, this ain't that.
- I believe a partner supports his wife 100% of the time. So if you are not ok with advice on how to ask for more help from your partner when you need it, this ain't it.
